This is only happening on iPhones that have been updated to the latest iOS version. The problem is not happening with iPads.
So if you have a spare iPad log in the user to the company portal on the iPad and accept the service agreement through there. You only need to accept the books assignment agreement once on a device. If you accept it on the iPad you no longer have to accept the books assignment on the iPhone. In the company portal on the iPad you can then check compliance of your devices. Go to thedevices section select the iPhone and check compliance. If the books agreement pops up accept it and you are golden, no longer need to do the process on the iPhone.
Hello, I've had Sonos working fine with Apple Music for 1.5-2 years. In the last week whenever I try to access my playlists by going to 'Apple Music.
Based on my investigation, i.manage.microsoft.com is a message from iOS indicating the source of the request which is the Intune web service. IOS is simply relaying the source of the request. If the notification cannot pop up, we can manually install the service in the SettingsGeneralManagement. Also, I noticed that notification seems to indicate that the service would like to assign apps and books to you. Assign apps before enrollment may occur some problem. Therefore, would you please verify if the enrollment and assignment process is as follows:1. Download the Company Portal and manually enroll it with BYOD type.2. After being enrolled successfully, we can assign some apps to the device with Intune.Best regards,Cici WuPlease remember to mark the replies as answers if they help.If you have feedback for TechNet Subscriber Support, contact.
Hi Matthew,BYOD means self-enroll your iOS device with the Intune Company Portal app to gain secure access to your organization's email, files, and apps. After your device is enrolled, it becomes managed. Your organization can assign policies and apps to the device through a mobile device management (MDM) provider, such as Intune. Please refer the following article to get the step by step guide:Best regards,Cici WuPlease remember to mark the replies as answers if they help.If you have feedback for TechNet Subscriber Support, contact.
Hello CiCi,Thank you so much for you and your team for looking into this issue. It effects many people in my organization and it seems like it is random.
Hopefully information I provide will assist in the resolution of this issue.Taking your advice:I started to install Intune BYOD, Intune downloads the management profile, but for Apple users, they have to confirm whether they want to install the management profile in the general settings. I go into general settings and go into profile managementsection where there's an install link at the top right corner. It looks like as soon as I install the Management Profile I get 'THE' pop up notification. The pop will randomly pop up again despite pressing ' Continue' usually within 1-2 minutes. After Intune finishes installing, I press Device at the bottom and click on Check settings and at that time, the Apple Media TOS shows up.
And then a pop up shows up regarding APP installation. ( I assume that is so Intune can initiatean install for Outlook and Authenticator)After you press install nothing happens it takes you back to the Terms of Service, which is 2 pages long and there is no Agree button to let you proceed.
